1991 Registered the brand "Xilin" which was used for pallet truck and the load binder.

1992 Annexed Ninghai People’s Electrical Machine Factory and Ninghai Automobile Electrical Machine Factory and developed the product of table lift.

1994 Bought Ninghai Gasoline Facility Factory to enlarge it’s production line for manual hand pallet trucks and developed the product of stacker.

1996 Renamed as Ningbo Ruyi Stock Joint Co.,Ltd and was approved as base for manufacturing mechanical and electrical products for exporting by the National Economy and Trade Committee and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Cooperation.

1997 Bought the land of Wire Rope Factory to enlarge production area. 1999 Held a ceremony to lay the foundation of the new plant of the company located in the Technology Garden of Ninghai County. 2003 Titled as "National Keeping Contract and Credit Enterprise", Environmental Protection Exemplar Enterprise of Ningbo City; got full line of manual & electric pallet truck, manual & electric stackers, manual & electric lift tables under ISO9000 Quality System. 2004 Developed the product of series forklifts.
