Specifications for maintenance and use of truck batteries

Oct 27,2022

The normal use of the battery of the truck is about 1400 times, and the service life is about 4 years, so it should be well maintained in daily use to extend the service life.
Daily maintenance and use of trucks
1.In daily use, the dust of the battery should be cleaned frequently to prevent excessive backlog, which will cause the battery to age too quickly

2. During the daily charging process of the battery, attention should be paid to neither overcharging nor undercharging. Overcharging will cause the battery to overheat, decompose the electrolyte, waste power and shorten the battery life. Too little charging will cause insufficient power, damage the battery board, and affect battery life.
3. When the battery is charging normally, it is best to keep the battery cover open to maintain ventilation.
4. During the use of the battery, always check whether the water level of the battery is sufficient to prevent the battery from being damaged due to insufficient water level.
5. In the daily use of the truck, it should not be over-discharged, especially not less than 20%, which will greatly shorten the life of the battery and the number of uses.
6. In the process of charging or discharging, pay attention to the contact with the connector and wear rubber gloves to prevent electric shock accidents.
7. When cleaning the battery dust, it is best to use a damp cloth, not a dry cloth, to prevent static electricity. Severe static electricity may cause the battery to explode.
8. The battery will be marked with positive and negative poles, so the connection line marked with positive and negative poles should follow the instructions, and do not cause damage to the battery by yourself.
9. The liquid in the battery is corrosive. Remember not to spill these liquids on your body or touch them. Please wash them with plenty of water when they come into contact with them, and seek medical attention in time without delay.
