Recently, XILIN Company Union launched a "Summer Coolness" campaign, thoughtfully preparing seasonal essentials such as shampoo, cooling oil, mosquito repellent, handmade soap for all employees, delivering both physical relief and heartfelt care during the sweltering season.

        Accompanied by union committee members and workshop directors, the XILIN Union Chairperson visited the workshops to distribute the summer care packages. Employees who received the supplies were all smiles, expressing that the company’s thoughtful gesture felt like "timely rain," bringing both physical comfort and emotional warmth amid the extreme heat.
