Safety Production Pioneers: During XILIN’s 2025 Safety Production Month training and examinations, 73 employees stood out for their solid safety knowledge and outstanding test performance, earning the title of "Safety Exam Excellence Award." Their achievements reflect the company’s strong safety culture.
Grassroots Management Champions: As the backbone of frontline production, eight exemplary workshop team leaders were honored as "Outstanding Workshop Supervisors." Leading by example, they played an indispensable role in efficient production and on-site safety.
Mentors of Craftsmanship: The "Master-Apprentice" program is a vital bridge for skills. Five mentor-apprentice pairs from Q3 and Q4 2024 were awarded "Outstanding Mentor-Apprentice" titles. With mentors dedicating themselves to teaching and apprentices diligently learning, they have fueled the growth of XILIN’s technical talent pool.
Elite Welding Technicians: The company’s annual Welding Skills Competition concluded with resounding success, recognizing 10 highly skilled welders for their exceptional craftsmanship. Their precision and dedication embody the spirit of excellence, representing the best of XILIN’s high-skilled workforce.
