XILIN Donates Confucius Bronze Statue to Yuelong Middle School

Sep 30,2025

To promote excellent traditional Chinese culture, XILIN donated a solemn bronze statue of Confucius to Yuelong Middle School. On September 28th, coinciding with the memorial day of the birth of the Great Sage Teacher Confucius, the unveiling ceremony was grandly held at the school, and Honorary Chairman Chu Jiwang was invited to attend.

Amid warm applause, Chu Jiwang, together with government and school leaders, unveiled the Confucius statue. Subsequently, Chu Jiwang stated, "I graduated from Ninghai Senior Middle School, whose former campus is the current site of Yuelong Middle School. During my high school years, I was deeply influenced by Confucius's teaching, 'Is it not a joy to learn and practice what is learned from time to time?' Learning from Confucius's spirit of reverence for learning is the wisdom and strength passed down through generations. The greatness of Confucius also lies in his rebirth after enduring different tribulations in different eras. This is the purpose of erecting this Confucius statue."

The Confucius bronze statue not only adds an elegant landscape feature to the campus but also erects a spiritual landmark. XILIN's benevolent act embodies deep affection for the students and expectations for the future. This statue will surely, like the spring breeze and rain, nourish generations of students to strive forward, becoming a cultural source from which they can draw strength on their life's journey.
